Convention Pricing Policy

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2010 AHS National Convention. We hope you are able to join us for this fun filled event. We look forward to meeting new friends and reconnecting with long time ones as well.

We have two registration fee options available for you. These are designed primarily to meet the needs of both the attendee and the family members or other people accompanying the attendee.  For the attendee, we have made an all inclusive package that includes all of the activities and most meals during the convention. For those traveling with the attendee, who may have other interests or commitments during this time, but would like to join the attendee for meals, we offer the meals only package.

We regret that we are not able to make additional arrangements to satisfy individual requests for changes in these two offerings.  With an anticipated attendance of nearly 500 people, it is simply too complicated to keep a record of all the different requests.

Please understand that the Optional Day Tour to Southeastern Minnesota gardens is only available for convention attendees. You may not sign up for this tour if you are not a registered attendee of the convention.

We have worked extremely hard to bring you a great convention filled with opportunities and a wide variety of things to do and see while you are here. We are very proud of the fact that we have kept the prices as low as possible. The room rates are less than when we hosted this event in 2000, and the registration fee is virtually the same- being the lowest convention price in ten years!

We hope you understand that we cannot  adjust fees or make concessions for individuals, and hope you can see the value regardless if you are able to attend the entire convention or not.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you in June.
